He is also an elected member on North East Lincolnshire Council and he previous represented the local authority on the Grassroots Panel.
Paul Silvester is Chief Officer of Foresight and is responsible for the day to day strategic management of the organisation, advising and reporting to the board of trustees on all major decisions and accessing appropriate funding to move the organisation forward.
Prior to his employment with Foresight, Paul worked as a training officer for the local authority based in the local community working with the long term unemployed. This experience coupled with my current employment has given me vast experience and knowledge of the voluntary sector and the disadvantage facing the local community and I am now well known and respected in the voluntary sector.
Terry Walker is a local Councillor for East Marsh Ward and he was elected to represent the ward in May, 2011. Terry regularly attends East Marsh Involve and he sits on sits a number of committees as well as representing the local authority on a number of outside bodies.
Julie Walmsley is the general manager of Doorstep which has been based in Pasture Street for over 20 years and provides housing and support to young people; some of our housing is in the East Marsh.
Julie's mother was brought up in the East Marsh and she has great memories of the area as a child visiting her grandparents; over the years I have both lived and worked in the area. Her background is in Voluntary Sector and Charity development and Julie has worked with many local groups and charities, and she feels that she has a good understanding of local issues and needs.
Claire Tilby, has been employed by ASDA, for nine years, and recently took up the post of Community Life Colleague. Claire's knowledge of the East Marsh is increasing rapidly, and her role withinASDA means that she has a good understanding of the problems which local residents and community groups have to overcome if the Community First Programme is to be successful in the area.

Likewise, there are many projects taking place across the East Marsh and they rely on valued volunteers to match fund Community Projects and we would keen to hear from you; if you would like to make difference in our local community.
